Ray J’s filing claims that Kardashian and Jenner “manufactured a fresh fake Sex Tape ‘controversy’” to generate publicity for the new series. On the show, Kardashian allegedly made several damaging statements, claiming Ray J gave the leaked tape—which he denies ever possessing—to his “former manager,” and falsely accusing him of “sexually assaulting her” while she slept.
