Dana White, the formidable CEO and president of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), is widely recognized for his pioneering role in the world of mixed martial arts. Yet, beyond the high-stakes arena of combat sports, White is also a dedicated father to three children: Dana White III, Aidan Charles White, and Savannah White, whom he shares with his wife, Anne White.

The White family began its journey in 2001 with the arrival of their eldest son, Dana III. Aidan followed swiftly in 2002, and their family was completed in 2006 with the birth of their daughter, Savannah. White’s philosophy on parenting, as he articulated in an October 2009 interview with Yahoo! Sports, is remarkably open-minded. Despite his own intense career in martial arts, he emphasizes that his children should pursue whatever truly brings them happiness. “I want my kids to do something they absolutely love to do,” he shared, famously adding, “If my kids, when they’re 18 if they come to me and say, ‘Dad, I love pumping gas.’ … I’d say, ‘Go for it.’ ” This ethos, White suggests, is rooted in his own childhood experiences and his relationship with his parents, shaping him into the father he is today.

Dana White III, 24: A Gridiron Passion

Born in June 2001, Dana White III, currently 24 years old, has forged his own path, primarily on the football field. A graduate of Faith Lutheran High School in Las Vegas, he matriculated to the University of San Diego in 2020, where he continues to play football. His journey with the sport began early, participating in flag football from the second to the fourth grade before transitioning to tackle football. While he has also engaged in martial arts and wrestling, aligning with his father’s background, Dana III has confirmed that there has never been any paternal pressure to enter mixed martial arts professionally. “He loves football. It’s literally his passion. The way I feel about fighting is the way he feels about football,” Dana White Sr. once commented, highlighting his son’s dedication. Dana III, who boasts over 30,000 followers on Instagram, openly admires his father’s self-made success. Demonstrating his commitment to his children’s milestones, Dana White famously booked Grammy-winning artist Kendrick Lamar to perform at Dana III’s lavish sixteenth birthday party in June 2017, held at the Brooklyn Bowl in Las Vegas, as reported by TMZ. Beyond football, Dana III enjoys snowboarding and surfing, interests he shares with his father.

Aidan Charles White, born in July 2002 and now 23, initially shared his elder brother’s love for football but ultimately pivoted to boxing. His amateur boxing debut in March 2018 at the St. Patrick’s Day Boxing Show in the Junior Golden Gloves Division saw him emerge victorious against Andre LeClerc. White chronicled this unexpected shift on social media, telling former Muay Thai fighter John Wayne Parr that he embraced his son’s decision: “For some reason a couple months ago as soon as footballs season ended my son Aidan says ‘Dad, I want a boxing fight’ and I said ‘Cool, let’s do it,’ ” he shared. In a November 2023 appearance on Theo Von’s podcast “This Past Weekend,” Dana White described Aidan as “artistic” and “talented,” lauding his athletic prowess. Aidan has since translated his sports ambitions into a professional career, working with the content company Thrill One, where his Instagram indicates he is actively involved with the Nitrocross segment of the business. With over 38,000 Instagram followers, Aidan’s personal interests also extend to surfing, snowboarding, and skateboarding.

Savannah White, 19: The “Miracle Baby” Guarded by Her Father

The youngest of the White children, Savannah White, born in August 2006 and now 19, holds a unique place in the family. Dana White revealed on the “This Past Weekend” podcast in November 2023 that Anne White experienced an ectopic pregnancy after Aidan’s birth and was told she might not have more children. Five years later, Savannah’s unexpected arrival made her their “miracle baby.” Raising a daughter after two sons, White admits, presented a different challenge. He described it as “tougher,” explaining a “natural” instinct to be more protective: “As a dad, you have to sort of oversee and protect your daughter more than you did your sons.” Savannah has largely been kept out of the public eye by her parents. In the fall of 2023, her father mentioned she was a high school cheerleader contemplating her college choices. Despite her more private life compared to her brothers, her family celebrates her milestones with equal grandeur. In August 2022, The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported that Dana White rented out the Jewel nightclub in Las Vegas for Savannah’s sixteenth birthday party, featuring performances by notable artists such as Lil Uzi Vert, DaBaby, Louis the Child, and DJ MAKJ, echoing the celebratory style seen at her brothers’ milestone events.
