US GAAP has no one “total revenue” tag that every filer uses. A bank reports interest and dividend income separately from non-interest income; closed-end funds, blank-cheque companies and some property trusts report the same way; and a company that has not sold anything yet — a drug developer still in trials, for instance — files no revenue at all. Adding two differently defined income lines together would produce a number that appears in no filing, so we publish a revenue figure only where the filing tags one annual, US-dollar revenue fact we can point at. A blank here means no such tag, not that we failed to look.

The rest — awards, shares withheld to pay tax, option exercises, gifts and so on — follow from an employment contract or a transfer arranged off-market, not from a decision to buy or sell, so counting them would turn this into a pay table.
