Sarah Ferguson’s Shocking “Just Marry Me” Plea to Jeffrey Epstein Revealed in New Email Trove

The Enduring Shadow: Fresh Epstein Documents Resurface Royal Connections

Freshly released court documents, numbering over a thousand pages, stemming from the ongoing legal fallout surrounding convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, has once again cast a stark spotlight on the intricate and unsettling connections between the disgraced financier and members of the British Royal Family. Among the most startling revelations, unsealed on January 20, are a series of emails from Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, which paint a picture of profound reliance and admiration for Epstein, years after his initial 2008 conviction for procuring a child for prostitution and soliciting a prostitute. These communications intensify scrutiny on her prolonged association with a man whose crimes shocked the world and ultimately led to his death by suicide in August 2019 while awaiting trial.

In one particularly jarring email, dated January 30, 2010, Ferguson, then 50 years old and now 64, expressed effusive praise and a startling proposal to Epstein. “You are a legend. I really don’t have the words to describe, my love, gratitude for your generosity and kindness,” she wrote, before concluding with a deeply unsettling “Xx I am at your service . Just marry me.” This message, sent during a period of significant financial struggle for the Duchess following her 1996 divorce from Prince Andrew, underscores the extent of her dependence on Epstein’s perceived influence and financial backing.

Another email, sent on August 3, 2009, further illuminates Ferguson’s reliance on Epstein for professional advancement. She thanked him profusely, seemingly for facilitating potential business opportunities following a lunch meeting. Ferguson detailed burgeoning interest in her “Mother’s Army” charity from major retailers like Target and broadcasters like NBC. She excitedly relayed that fashion mogul Tommy Hilfiger reportedly aimed to “build my entire apparel, Fragrance etc etc brand, and sell it on QVC.” High-profile media figures, including Ben Silverman, then co-chairman of NBC Entertainment and Universal Media Studios, and television personality Ryan Seacrest, were also mentioned as expressing interest. She ended this message with an astonishing declaration: “In just one week, after your lunch, it seems the energy has lifted. I have never been more touched by a friends kindness than your compliment to me infront of my girls. Thank you Jeffrey for being the brother I have always wished for.” These emails suggest Epstein played a tangible, albeit morally compromised, role in her attempts to rebuild her public profile and financial stability.

Persistent Ties and Public Disavowals

These newly public emails are not the first to expose the complex and often contradictory nature of Ferguson’s relationship with Epstein. Her connections, along with those of her former husband, Prince Andrew, persisted long after Epstein’s 2008 conviction. Prince Andrew, in particular, faced immense public backlash and was ultimately stripped of his military titles and royal patronages in January 2022 due to his own ties to Epstein and allegations of sexual abuse, which he has consistently denied. Ferguson herself publicly disavowed Epstein in a March 2011 interview with the Evening Standard, stating she had made a “terrible, terrible error of judgment” in accepting nearly $20,000 from him to clear debts, and emphatically declaring, “I abhor pedophilia.” However, just one month later, in a startling reversal, emails later published by The Sun and The Mail on Sunday revealed Ferguson apologizing to Epstein for her public comments. “As you know, I did not, absolutely not, say the P [pedophile] word about you,” she allegedly wrote. “I know you feel hellaciously let down by me. And I must humbly apologise to you and your heart for that. You have always been a steadfast, generous and supreme friend to me and my family.” This retraction led to her being dropped as the patron of multiple charitable organizations in September 2011, highlighting the significant personal and professional cost of her entanglement.

Disturbing Comments Regarding Royal Daughters

Perhaps the most troubling revelations within the recent document release concern Ferguson and Prince Andrew’s daughters, Princess Beatrice, now 35, and Princess Eugenie, now 33. One email exchange from 2010 shows Epstein inquiring about a possible trip to New York, to which Ferguson replied with a startlingly vulgar reference to Princess Eugenie, who was then just two days shy of her 20th birthday: “Not sure yet. Just waiting for Eugenie to come back from a shagging weekend!!” This comment, reportedly referring to Eugenie’s time with her then-boyfriend, Jack Brooksbank, adds another layer of discomfort to the already disturbing narrative. In a separate 2009 correspondence, Epstein engaged in an equally disturbing exchange with Lord Peter Mandelson, a prominent Labour politician who served as a member of the House of Lords from 1992 to 2004. Epstein suggested Mandelson, an openly gay man, should marry Princess Beatrice, remarking, “the queen would have a queen as a grandson.” Mandelson’s response, “Remember, I am already her Lord President..”, prompted Epstein to reply, “Does that make it incest? How exciting.” These exchanges expose a deeply inappropriate and concerning level of familiarity and commentary regarding the young princesses within Epstein’s circle.

The latest batch of Epstein documents continues to unravel the uncomfortable truth of the royal family’s proximity to a convicted sex offender. The emails from Sarah Ferguson, with their blend of desperate gratitude, professional ambition, and deeply unsettling personal remarks, serve as a stark reminder of the corrosive influence Epstein wielded and the lingering questions surrounding those who maintained ties with him despite his heinous crimes.
